Character & Map Builders
Character Builder generates original pixel-art characters and animations from a text description (and, optionally, a reference photo); Map Builder generates room layouts and rendered map art from a text description. Building these outputs means the following data passes through our hands:
Character Builder
The prompt you type and any reference photo you upload go out to generate a character; what comes back — the finished character art and its animation frames — is saved to your account
Map Builder
The prompt you type and your saved map blueprint (the room/furniture layout) go out to generate a map; what comes back — the finished layout and rendered artwork — is saved to your project

Not Just Third-Party Processing
These features are more than a hand-off to outside AI providers. Our own systems do real work on every request too — cleaning up and resizing reference photos, validating and correcting the AI's output before it's ever shown to you, checking credits, and storing the finished result — the third-party model only handles one step in a pipeline we build and run ourselves
Third-Party AI Providers
The specific step each request needs is sent to PixelLab, OpenAI, Cloudinary, or BytePlus (whichever is relevant) — never more data than that step requires, and never for anything beyond processing your request, operating the service, preventing abuse, providing support, or maintaining security
Where It's Processed
Depending on the provider, your data may be processed on servers outside your country
What Stays Yours
We don't claim ownership of your original photos, prompts, reference images, or blueprints — they're yours
Avoid uploading confidential, sensitive, or private information unless it's necessary for what you're creating. We keep this data only as long as reasonably needed for service operation, project history, billing, security, support, and legal obligations.
